Garnet is a stone that revitalizes, purifies and balances energy. It is said to be able to wadd off approaching danger and was long ago carried as a protective talisman.

Garnet is a powerful stone which energizes and regenerates stale energy. It helps the chakras by cleansing and aligning. It inspires love and devotion, balances the sex drive and alleviates emotional disharmony.

Staurolite is said to help stimulate all chakras and facilitates centring and grounding helping one to feel safe and secure in this physical reality. This mineral can be used to enhance ones experience of lucid dreaming and astral travel, whilst providing protection. The energy of Staurolite acts on the third eye and crown chakras allowing one to connect to the realms of the Fairies, plants and animals, and helps clear energy fields of negativity. Helping to strengthen one’s general health and well-being, allowing centeredness and balance.

Schist is a metamorphic rock that forms when mudstone or shale undergoes extreme heat and pressure. The resulting rock is characterized by thin, flat mineral grains that are arranged in layers. Schist is medium to coarse grain, and its minerals often include mica, feldspar, and quartz. Schist has a foliated (layered) structure that gives it a scaly or flaky appearance. The word “schist” comes from the Greek word for “split,” which is an apt description of how this rock looks.

Together these minerals make this specimen a wonder of a healing tool!
