We want you to be entirely ecstatic! So if for any reason you are not feeling the vibes, please take a peek at how to make a return or exchange for your magical gem babies. We are here to help!

🍭We allow returns and offer refunds within 15 days from the delivery of your sparkle babies or items for Jewelstopia®️online Shoppe/ website purchases only.

        🍬Full refunds are considered only when carrier damage occurs in transit. Proof must be provided. This is the only exception. All items are sold ‘as is’ in the Shoppe as well as in Live Sales. Be certain to observe every part of your crystal adoptions. If you need more views, please email request (below).

       🍬 Photographs of damage to both the box and item(s) must be provided in order to be considered for a return/refund.

       🍬 Damages will be assessed at the discretion of Jewelstopia®️staff. Refund type will be determined based on circumstances. Crystals have natural inclusions and occurrences that are part of what makes them unique. Damages based on trauma after they leave Jewelstopia with no damage, are different and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

        🍬 Refunds can be in the form of original payment method either in full or in part or a full or partial store credit which can be used in the online Shoppe only. 

🍭Returns

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

🍭Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

🍭All live sale items are final sale. Carrier claims for damages are the responsibility of the buyer. Insurance can be added to any purchase at the buyers request for an additional fee. This is strongly recommended.

🍭Returned items must be in the same condition as they were upon arrival to you in the original product packaging.

🍭To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Please find your original order confirmation email for your order number. Please email requesting which products you would like to return with order number referenced.
  2. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email. All shipping fees will be deducted from the total return unless you prefer to ship on your own.
  3. Provide tracking via email to us if you choose your own shipping method.
  4. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

🍭Refunds to original payment method can take up to 3-6 business days, so thank you in advance for your kind patience.

🍭Replacement sparkle babies will arrive within 5-7 business days following completion of the new order. 

🍭Store credit will be issued within 24 hours for use in the Shoppe. 

🍭Original shipping fees are not included in returns and return shipping is on a case to case basis.
