How long will it take to get my happy mail? 

Jewelstopia Shipping and Order Timeline

Once your order is placed, either directly through the website or from claims made in a Live Sale, adoption papers (invoices) are sent out. Once paid, a shipping label is generated and your sparkling new beauties get the full ‘spa treatment’. They are given the utmost respect and care and are artfully and meticulously packaged with passion, the day of and/or the day after the order is placed depending upon the time of day. They are shipped on shipping days, Fridays or Saturdays.

What if something arrives damaged?

We will always do our best to replace the crystal with the closest to your original. We realize the connection you feel to specific crystals is unique. We also know there is no such thing as a broken crystal. It’s just changed. Just as gems are when mined or honed or made into tumbles or gem chips, still maintaining their efficacy and energy.
